The whole house, four times a year

Quarterly Pest Control

Four visits a year, outside and in, with a return trip between services if pests come back. Retreats are included if necessary.

Chapter 01

What fails between visits

A one-off spray wears off. East Texas heat and dry spells push ants, roaches and spiders toward water, shade and cool air, and the first place they test is the house: a worn door sweep, a weep hole in the brick, a gap up under the eaves.

August is prime ant season here, and a scent trail brings more ants in behind the first scouts. A treatment done once in spring can’t answer for what’s crossing your threshold in the fall.

What each visit covers

The exterior treatment goes on the foundation, doors, windows and eaves, a barrier laid down before bugs make their way inside. Interior protection means the baseboards, where pests hide and travel.

Rodent control on the quarterly plan is monitoring: we watch for activity and control it before it settles in. Expert advice is the walk around your property, naming the conditions that draw pests so you can fix them at the source.

Warranty service is the last line. If pests return between scheduled services, so do we, and retreats are included if necessary.

Chapter 03

Why four visits a year, and what you do in between

The seasons change which pest is pushing in. Summer brings American roaches, fire ants, wolf spiders and red wasps. Heat sends ants indoors for water. Cooler weather sends mice looking for shelter. Four visits means someone is looking at the house in each of those moods.

Your side of it is small. Keep mulch and firewood off the slab, fix a dripping hose bib, and call or text 430-260-7402 if activity returns before the next visit. We’ll come back.

Where this ring sits

The middle of the plan is the whole house.

Fire ants work the yard line. Mosquitoes keep to the shade and the standing water. Termites are a slab line problem. Rodents use the gaps and runs. Each has a ring of its own.

The quarterly visit is the centre, the one that goes round the house itself and comes back every season to redraw it. It’s how most homes here start with us.

They are always punctual, show up when they say they will, and offer fair pricing.
